200 wigs! Oh dear...

Last year I found an offer on a german online marketplace that I couldn't refuse. Sixty wigs were being offered for a very low price. I jumped at the chance and got three times the amount.
I wasn't really happy about it because I don't have room for so many, but I eventually accepted my fate ;) Now I've set about restyled them because they're not really pretty in their raw state. All the wigs have a black root line, and this stops abruptly after the first 3 cm on top, which is especially noticeable on the lighter wigs.
This means for me - I have to dye all my light-colored wigs, or style them so that you can't see it - on the back of the head.
Oh, by the way – all the wigs I own are made of synthetic hair. Real hair wigs are prohibitively expensive and, for the most part, are sourced from questionable "harvesting" processes. That wouldn't be suitable for playing with.

I don't yet have an overview of how many of each type of wig I have, but there are two types: long and bob.

To make artificial hair look more realistic, one of the crucial factors is uneven coloring. I give the lighter wigs a highlighted effect using alcohol-based dye, which I fill into small spray bottles and mix with isopropyl alcohol.
I'm still experimenting in that area.

Gradually, I am building up a large collection for my own photoshoots and to be able to use them for events and photoshoots with others.
Eventually I will sell my surplus wigs.
It's possible upon request already. I've also received wigs to pretty up a few times.
Next, I'm going to dye all the wigs. (with fabric dye for synthetic materials)
